The Crystal Tree Golf and Country Club was founded in 1989 and is home to a 55,000 square foot two story french manor clubhouse. It features numerous amenities including a wood-paneled men’s grill room, cocktail lounge with a fireplace and a formal dining room. There is a 3,000 sf state-of-the-art fitness center with exercise equipment, an aerobic area and a massage therapy center.
Robert Trent Jones, Jr. is a world renowned golf course architect who designed the course to provide a golfing challenge for all levels of play. It vary the difficulty level of the course based on your experience level, you can choose from a variety of tee locations and pin positions.
There are many featured events held throughout the golfing season, including 18-20 men’s events, a men’s evening 9-hole league and numerous 18-hole and/or 9-hole leagues for women. They also host club championships for men, women, couples and teens, so men and women of all ages can enjoy some friendly competition.
If you are a member, you have unlimited access to their practice facility featuring a driving range with target greens ranging from 70 to 300 yards. There is also a top deck with a large chipping green with practice bunkers and a separate grass teeing area available for private or group lessons.
They also have 4 clay tennis courts, a 6,000 sf pool, over 11,000 sf of deck space, 4 water toys, 4 water geysers, integrated 8-foot water chairs, 2 basketball nets, 6 swimming lanes 75 feet long, and a Cabana Grille with a screened-in eating area, lockers, bathrooms and showers.
Their banquet facilities are perfect for large events, corporate gatherings or weddings. They can accommodate over 300 people and include a pre-event space, complete board room, brides room and a second floor veranda off the main banquet area that overlooks the 18th hole. This is a perfect spot for wedding reception photos.
There are covered verandas that overlook the 18th hole, so you can enjoy the nice view if you are watching the golfers or having a beverage. If you need any golf gear, there is a golf shop that overlooks the first tee.
There is a dress code for admission into the clubhouse and on the club grounds that states all clothing should fit properly and must not sag inappropriately. Denim jeans are allowed in the clubhouse if they are appropriate in style and fit. You are not allowed to wear cargo pants or shorts with raised or bulged pockets. If you wear shorts or skirts, they must be at least mid-thigh length. Collared shirts must be worn and polos must be tucked in. Full button-down shirts may be left out. Ladies do not need to have a collar on a blouse or dress. If you wear fitness attire, it must be limited to the locker rooms, 19th hole or fitness rooms. You can only wear pool attire at the pool area.
