VIP Members: Additional pets are only $20/month more! All pets must be seen together during one annual appointment. If any additional pet requires a separate visit for their annual appointment, there is a $99 charge for each separate visit.
Non-Members: The in-home exam fee for additional pets is only $49/pet.
Any follow up or re-check within 30 days of your annual wellness exam is only $49. Any sick exams or appointments for additional services are only $99.
Yes, you can schedule with the same veterinarian every time to ensure continuous support and personalized care. We think it is important to establish a relationship with our patients, so we get to know them, their medical history and their overall treatment plan.
Cancellations without 24 hours of notice before a scheduled appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of $49. Without at least 24 hours notice, it is hard to fill that same appointment time slot, especially given the unique scheduling logistics with a mobile vet practice. Since we reserve 2 hours for each VIP Vet Visit and travel time, there is a significant portion of our working hours that we can no longer offer to other clients. We appreciate your understanding of our scheduling process and thank you for respecting our commitment to the clients we serve.

No, medications are NOT included in the VIP Membership, however as a VIP Member, you receive 5% off all medications provided during a visit!
One of the great benefits of our VIP membership is the ability to spread out the cost of your pet’s care over 12 small monthly payments, instead of receiving one big bill at a traditional clinic.
We still work with all major pet insurance providers including Trupanion, PetPlan, HealthyPaws and Embrace. We provide you with any necessary records and assist you with submitting your claim. You can also apply for CareCredit ahead of your visit to arrange for a payment plan. The application takes 5 minutes to complete and credit approvals are returned in 30 seconds.
If you need to receive any preventatives (for fleas/ticks or for heartworm), medications, supplements, or food after your appointment, it will be delivered right to your door. The best part – we offer free and fast delivery, so you get more savings and added convenience.
We have partnerships with local veterinarians specializing in all areas (orthopedics, cardiology, dermatology, ophthalmology, behavior, dentistry, etc.). We will provide you with a referral, submit your pet’s medical records to the specialist, and work closely with them to facilitate any long term treatment plans.
