How Do I Signup?
All memberships are processed in-person during your appointment. You can schedule a normal In-Home Exam on our website and make a note to us when booking that you would like to signup on the membership or simply tell us in-person during your appointment. If you signup on a membership during your appointment, you will NOT be charged the $99 house call exam fee.
What If I Need Additional Services?
You can add additional services during your appointment, but any services that are not included in the membership would be an additional fee. You can also schedule additional in-home appointments ($99 house call exam fee) at any time. We provide all services offered at a traditional vet clinic with the exception of radiographs, surgeries, dental cleanings/extractions, or anything that requires anesthesia.
Do You Have A Membership For Puppies/Kittens?
Yes! Our membership for puppies/kittens is the same price ($39/month for the 1st puppy/kitten and $29 for additional puppies/kittens seen during the same appointment) and includes up to 3 in-home wellness exams, all core vaccines & boosters, 1 fecal test, along with a behavior & nutrition consultation and direct communication with Dr. Karie via text/email.
How Much Is The Membership For Additional Pets?
Memberships for additional pets are discounted from $39/month to $29/month! This $10 monthly discount is only valid if the additional pets are signed up on the membership at the same time and all services are performed during the same visit. If an additional pet is added during a separate appointment, the discount would NOT apply, so the monthly fee would be $39. Also, the $10 discount would NOT apply if the additional pet is a puppy/kitten, since they require 1-2 additional appointments for vaccines.
Do I Get A Discount If I Pay In Full?
Our membership already provides you with discounted services, so if you pay the membership in full up-front, your pet will receive a free nail trim during the appointment. If you choose the monthly payment option, we require two cards on file: a primary card and backup card in case the primary card expires or is declined.
Are Other Products Or Services Included?
No, the membership does NOT include any other services or products not listed above, including but not limited to food, medications, flea/tick/heartworm preventatives, deworming, ear cleanings, nail trims, etc.)
Does This Cover Emergencies Or Sick Visits?
No, this is a preventative wellness plan that includes an annual healthy check-up and preventative care. However, members receive priority scheduling when booking additional appointments with us via text or over the phone. We do NOT provide emergency services, as we typically book appointments with a 3-7 day lead time.
What Happens If My Pet Passes Away Or I Move Out Of The Area?
If services have already been provided, all remaining payments under the contract must be paid either monthly on the outlined due date or they can be paid immediately. Membership fees are non-refundable.
Is This An Insurance Plan?
No, the VIP Membership is NOT the same as pet insurance.

VIP Pet Parents can communicate directly with their vet, Dr. Karie, from 8am-8pm 7 days a week! Chat, send pictures, and ask questions so you can get clear guidance on any concerns regarding your pet. Gone are the days where you are forced to talk with a receptionist or veterinary technician.
You’ll receive the proper guidance needed to mitigate serious issues and avoid extra expenses caused from not acting in a timely manner, while you’ll also save hundreds in unnecessary trips to the vet for non-critical issues.
Your veterinarian, Dr. Karie, carries the most cutting edge veterinary technology available, so your pet receives the highest preventive care at an affordable monthly rate.
Our VIP Membership not only provides core vaccines and boosters, along with basic diagnostic tests like fecal and heartworm tests, but it also provides advanced screening tests such as annual preventative blood work and annual preventative urinalysis. These tests allow Dr. Karie to create baselines for your pet’s health, diagnose issues before they cause harm, and provide treatment that ensures they stay healthier and more active for longer.
Our VIP Membership includes a behavior consultation (with follow-ups during future visits) where Dr. Karie can observe your pet’s normal behavior at home and evaluate any environmental factors.
As a human-animal bond certified vet, Dr. Karie will give you the knowledge and insight behind your pet’s behavior, provide an action plan to resolve any behavioral issues and answer any questions you might have. You’ll gain a better understanding about your pet and build a better bond with them through the process.
No pet parent likes seeing their loved ones stressed in the car or anxious in a waiting room, so we bring the vet to you – keeping your pets comfortable and saving you time!
With no stress from travel, your pets stay calm and decrease their risk of getting sick.
