The Orland Park Sportsplex is a 90,000 square foot facility that offers many fitness and recreational activities for people of all ages, as well as seasonal events. If you have kids, they offer childcare, which makes it easy to use the facility at anytime. 

They offer fitness training for people looking to lift weights or do cardio. They have group fitness programs, such as Yoga, Pilates and other exercise classes. You can play basketball, volleyball, soccer or football on their multipurpose field. You can even go rock climbing on their 32 foot indoor rock climbing wall.

There are golf cages if you would like to work on your golf game. If you are a baseball fan, they also offer hitting and pitching lessons. You can host birthday parties at their facility. They offer sports camps, dance programs, gymnastic programs, as well as different leagues for men and women.

The open tracks is open for use by residents ages 14 years and up for walking and jogging during normal business hours. You need to be accompanied by a parent if you are between the ages of 8 and 13.

In order to use the facility, you need a membership. They offer 12 month memberships for residents and 12 month memberships for non-residents. They also offer 12 month corporate memberships and 3 month memberships. They are broken down into 7 categories: individual, couple, family, additional family, senior, student and track only.

You can purchase personal training packages as well. They offer youth training for children 8-13 years old. Each session is 45 minutes. You can buy 1 session, 5 sessions, 10 sessions or 20 sessions. The cost is broken down into 3 tiers: Sportsplex members, non-member residents and non-member non-residents.

People that are 14 years old and up can purchase personal training packages that last up to 55 minutes. You can again buy 1, 5, 10 or 20 sessions with the pricing broken down based on if you are a Sportsplex member or a resident.

You can also purchase group personal training if you are 14 years old or up. The group training packages can be purchased for 2 members or for 3 members.

If you do not want to commit to a membership or a pack of sessions, they offer drop in fees. You can pay for individual activities including: open gym, climbing wall, golf cages, group fitness classes, resident senior fitness classes, or an all inclusive visit. The pricing is based on if you are a resident or non resident and your age.

On Fridays, you can bring a friend to the Sportsplex Fitness Center for free. This is a great way to introduce other people to the activities available at the Sportsplex and the benefits of joining any of their programs. Everything is including except for the open gym, open field and climbing wall. The friend must also be 14 years of age or older. There is also a maximum of 2 guests per day, and they are counted toward your annual guest passes allowed per year.
