Looking for somewhere to take your dog on a walk in Orland Park? Check out these trails that are all dog friendly!
CENTENNIAL PARK
Address: 15600 West Ave, Orland Park, IL 60462
This 192 acre area is home to multiple outdoor activities, including:
- Aquatic Center
- Concession Stands
- “Dogout” Dog Park
- Grinding Edge Skate Park
- 9 Baseball/Softball Fields
- 7 Soccer Fields
- 2 Horseshoe Areas
- 2 Fishing Piers
- 2 Sand Volleyball Courts
- Pavilions and Grills
- Kevin Hertz Memorial Playground
- Walking/bike Path

ORLAND GRASSLAND
Address: 167th Street & S La Grange Road, Tinley Park, IL 60487
Enjoy 13 miles of trails that overlook 750 acres of open prairie. This area was converted from farmland after habitat restoration efforts began in 2002. If you are a nature lover, you’ll definitely appreciate the unique wildflowers, native grasses, special plants, rare birds and many other beautiful butterflies you can only find in this grassland complex.
However, reviews online have mentioned tick issues, so please be aware of this, especially if walking through any tall grass.

CATALINA GROVE
Address: 151st St, west of Harlem Ave, Orland Park, IL 60462
This area is part of the Tinley Creek Trail System that has 3 paved loops that run through numerous forests, prairies and wetlands.
One review on Google says, “Love this place! Paved trail or more rustic trails throughout the woods! Spring has sprung! Get in touch with nature and yourself!”
